Structure

  • Fully framed walls and roof – no fridge panel
  • Designed for Wind Region A / B2 (B2 designed as cyclonic under the WA variation to the NCC)

Outside

  • COLORBOND® steel wall cladding, vertical profile
  • COLORBOND® steel roof sheeting, flashings, fascia, gutters and downpipes
  • Powder-coated aluminium windows, C2 wind rated, with flyscreens and key locks
  • Glazed entry door with keyed lock

  • Crane hire if your site needs one
  • Connection of power, water, gas, sewer or septic, and stormwater
  • Gas bottles and gas supply
  • Site works, levelling, driveway and access
  • Steps, landings, decks, porch or alfresco
  • Council approvals and fees (building permit, BSL, CTF) and any planning approval
  • Bushfire (BAL), coastal or Wind Region C/D upgrades
  • Fridge, washing machine and other loose appliances
  • Delivery beyond 150 km of Geraldton or Perth (priced at the time of sale)
