Designs, floor plans, specifications, inclusions, images and any prices or price ranges shown are indicative, may change without notice, and do not form an offer or a quotation. Final scope, price and inclusions are set out only in a written quotation or contract issued by us for your specific project and site.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. Any estimate we provide in response is subject to site inspection, engineering, planning and building approvals, and our standard terms of trade. Building work is carried out under a written contract that complies with the Home Building Contracts Act 1991 (WA) where applicable.
Intellectual property
All designs, drawings, floor plans, text, images and logos on this website are owned by or licensed to MI Global Construction Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our designs or drawings for any building work without our written permission. Sheds n Homes trade marks are used under franchise licence.

This website may link to third-party sites and services, including finance providers, Google Maps and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
