Every Midwest Modular home, granny flat and commercial building is manufactured in our Geraldton facility, then transported and finished on site. Geraldton is where we build, not the limit of where we go. With landing points in Geraldton, Albany, Kalgoorlie and Karratha, we deliver and install across the whole of WA – the Mid West, Gascoyne, Pilbara, Goldfields, Wheatbelt, Great Southern and the metro fringe. Coastal towns, stations, mine sites and remote communities are our everyday work, not the exception.

- Modular homes – two, three and four-bedroom homes from our range, or built to your plan.
- Commercial buildings and development – offices, accommodation, amenities, workshops and multi-unit projects, from a single unit to a staged site.
- Sheds – residential and commercial – as Sheds n Homes franchisees for Geraldton, Albany and Kalgoorlie, we supply and build ShedSafe-accredited steel garages, farm sheds, workshops and industrial buildings, plus steel kit homes.
- Major property repairs – a regional insurance repair partner for more than a decade.
Build your way
Choose an owner builder package – we design, engineer, supply and deliver, you run the site – or our partner builder full package, where a registered builder handles site works, council submissions and the complete build under a Home Building Contract. We’ll help you work out which suits your project and your budget.
