MI Global Construction delivers modular buildings, sheds, commercial projects and major repairs across Western Australia. Our modular and transportable buildings are manufactured in Geraldton under our Midwest Modular brand and delivered statewide through landing points in Geraldton, Albany, Kalgoorlie and Karratha.

Modular Homes & Granny Flats:

Built under cover in our Geraldton facility while your site works happen in parallel, then transported, set and finished on your block. Choose a granny flat, studio or ancillary dwelling, or a two, three or four-bedroom home from our range – or bring your own plan. Every building is engineered for your wind region and BAL rating, with a NatHERS energy assessment as standard. Because most of the work happens off site, you get a fixed program, fewer weather delays and far less disruption than a conventional build.

Available as an owner builder package (we design, engineer, supply and deliver; you manage the site) or a partner builder full package (a registered builder handles site works, council submissions and the complete build under a Home Building Contract).

Commercial Buildings & Development:

Site offices, worker and staff accommodation, amenities blocks, retail fit-outs, workshops and multi-unit developments for mining contractors, agribusiness, local government and private developers. We can take a project from a single transportable unit to a staged multi-building site, providing design and construct, feasibility budgets and delivery to regional and remote locations. If you need extra beds on a station or a compliant office on a mine site, this is where to start.

Sheds – Residential & Commercial:

MI Global Construction is your Sheds n Homes franchisee for everywhere north of Perth, the Goldfields and the Great Southern, with branches in Geraldton, Kalgoorlie and Albany. Garages, farm sheds, patios, barns and carports through to workshops, factories and aircraft hangars – all ShedSafe-accredited and engineered from Australian steel for your site’s wind region and soil class. Buy the kit and erect it yourself, or have our team handle the slab, erection, doors, insulation and building permit. We also supply steel kit homes and liveable sheds for owner builders.

Major Property Repairs:

A regional repair partner to one of Western Australia’s largest insurance builders for more than a decade. Storm, fire, water and structural damage – we scope the work, manage the trades and see it through to a finish you’d be happy to live with. Owners, property managers and insurers can all deal with us directly.
