We've added three set-design studios to the website that you can order online: the 6m Studio ($65,000), the 9m Studio ($85,000) and the 40ft Studio ($90,100), all including GST.
How ordering works
- Pick your building and choose your roof, wall and floor colours, cladding profile and internal paint.
- Enter your delivery address. We check the wind region and distance from our depot straight away.
- Your invoice appears on screen and as a PDF. Pay a 15% deposit to place the order and we issue your plans and documentation. When you’re ready to build, pay 45% and we start manufacture and confirm your delivery date. The final 40% is due 7 days before delivery.
What's included
Every studio is fully framed, lined and painted, with the kitchen and bathroom fitted out, split-system air conditioning, floor coverings, window treatments, instantaneous gas hot water and plans for council lodgement. Delivery is included within 150 km of Geraldton or Perth.
Buildings going to cyclonic Wind Regions C or D need a cyclonic upgrade at 9% of the building price, worked out from your delivery address.
