Every MI Global project can be structured to suit how involved you want to be.

Owner builder package: we design, engineer, supply and deliver the building, and support you through the permit process – you manage the site and the trades.

Partner builder full package: our registered partner builder takes on site works, council submissions and the complete build under a Home Building Contract, with all the statutory protections that come with it.
